Regular membership

Persons with doctoral degrees who have already demonstrated significant clinical or basic research contributions to the area of behavioral, neural, endocrine and/or immune interactions.

Trainee membership

Pre- and post-doctoral (up to three years post-degree) students, medical students, and resident physicians who are conducting active research in an aspect of psychoneuroimmunology. Recommendation by the student's dissertation committee chair or primary research mentor is required.

Print BBI subscription

Regular and trainee membership subscriptions include electronic access to Brain Behavior and Immunity. Print copies of the journal require an additional payment at a discount rate available only to PNIRS members.

Honorary and Emeritus memberships of the PNIRS do not include electronic access to the BBI. Honorary and Emeritus members may buy electronic access at a discounted rate.
