ARTICLE XI - Amendments

The By-Laws may be altered, amended or repealed by a majority vote of the Regular and Emeritus Members of The Society. Proposed changes to the By-Laws shall be provided to Regular Members who, within thirty (30) days, will vote to accept or reject these changes in a mail and/or electronic ballot. Changes to the By-Laws shall require a majority of the votes cast.

Revised to expand criteria for full membership and to re-combine Secretary and Treasurer into a single position by a majority vote of Council, June 2003 and 2005, respectively.
