ARTICLE II - Elections

Section 2.1. The Secretary/Treasurer of The Society shall make a complete list of the members (identifying those who are entitled to vote at the meeting) arranged in alphabetical order. This list shall be kept on file at the registered office of The Society and shall be subject to inspection by any member during usual business hours. Such list shall also be produced and kept open at the time and place of the meeting and shall be subject to the inspection of any member during the whole time of the meeting.

Section 2.2. After the closing date for the receipt of ballots, the Secretary/Treasurer will appoint three judges of election, who need not be members of The Society, to verify and tally the results of the voting. No person who is a candidate for any office shall act as a judge. The results of the balloting are to be returned to the Secretary/Treasurer or, if the Secretary/Treasurer is a candidate for some office, to the President.
