ARTICLE IV - Committees of Councilors

The Council which is the Council of The Society, may, by resolution adopted by a majority of the whole Council, designate one or more committees, each committee to consist of one or more of the Councilors of The Society. All such committees make their recommendations in reports to the Council which, by majority vote, is authorized to act on such recommendations.
