PSYCHONEUROIMMUNOLOGY RESEARCH SOCIETY, INC. CONSTITUTION

ARTICLE I - Name and Registered Office

Section 1.1. The name of this organization shall be the Psychoneuroimmunology Research Society, Inc., ("The Society") and the registered office shall be located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania .

Section 1.2. The Society may also have offices at such other places as the Council may from time to time determine.
