ARTICLE IV - Dues

Dues for Trainee Members will be one-fifth the dues of Regular Members. Dues for Honorary and Emeritus Members will be waived upon request and approval by Council. Dues will be waived for members from those countries the currency of which is not convertible to European/North American currencies until such time as such currencies are in the free-exchange system.
