ARTICLE V - Meetings of Members

Section 5.1. An annual business meeting will be held at such place and on such date as may be determined by the council. If the annual business meeting is not called and held within six months after the designated time, a majority of the Council may call such meeting at any time thereafter.

Section 5.2. Written notice, either by US mail or electronically, specifying the place, date and hour of the Annual Business Meeting shall be given at least thirty (30) days prior to the meeting.
