 PNIRSAsia-Pacific Travels to Korea:

 The PNIRSAsia-Pacific committee’s symposium proposal to the 10th World Congress of Neuroscience (International Brain Research Organization; IBRO) was accepted. The IBRO meeting will be held at the Daegu Convention & Exhibition Center, Korea, from September 21-25 (www.ibro2019). The title of the PNIRS symposium is “Dialing in the Dialogue Between Inflammation and the Brain.” Keith W. Kelley is the organizer and chair, and speakers are Elisa Hill (RMIT University, Australia), Sarah J. Spencer (RMIT University, Australia), Suzi Hong (Univ. of California San Diego, USA) and Mark Hutchinson (University of Adelaide, Australia). The IBRO World Congress has been held every four years since 1982 and is one of the most prestigious international meetings attended by over 4,000 global neuroscientists.
